part i.
Character name: Billy Kaplan, aka Wiccan
Fandom: Marvel Comics
Species (vampire, werewolf, what have you): Human (mutant?)
Character powers: Billy has extremely powerful magic and possibly reality warping powers, which are potentially limitless and based on his imagination and willpower. His magic has been shown to be powerful enough to start undoing one of Lady Loki's disguises when she was distracted in battle. He has used these powers to create lightning, fire, forcefields, fly, teleport himself and others, create discs of energy to transport people, let people fly under their own direction, create or change clothing and the furniture and furnishings in a room, and track down missing people. He can also cast spells by chanting "I want..." over and over, for example "I want Iron Lad to forget," a technique he learned from self-help books. These spells only work if he can hear himself say them, but some of his other powers don't share that weakness, and some seem to take very little effort to use. He says in Children's Crusade that saying it aloud helps him to focus, so it is also possible that he can learn to cast easier spells without speaking over time.

part ii.
1.) Is it acceptable for your character to be mind-controlled or persuaded? How susceptible are they to mind control, hypnotism, or suggestion? Totally fine! He has been mind conrtrolled by the Super Skrull's hypnosis before, so he's not especially resistant.
2.) Is it acceptable for your character to have their mind read? Does this include traumatic memories? What is their mind like (disturbing, orderly, joyful, surprisingly empty, etc.)? If the character has psychic walls or preventative measures against psychic interference, please explain. Yes, mind-reading is okay. There might be some chaos magic defenses but nothing he's trained or put in place himself yet. There are some traumatic memories, please let me know if you need details. In general it's fairly organised and pleasant, I would say, with surprising little stacks of knowledge tucked away.
3.) Are thoughts mentioned in narration acceptable for a telepath to pick up? Yes.
4.) What about emotions, in the case of an empath? What sort of general emotional reading would such a character receive from yours? Sure. In general he is pretty calm and attentive, maybe with an undercurrent of worrying about Teddy.
5.) Are there any aspects of your character's mind, emotions, or memories you would like to be picked up, mentioned, or used in character? Conversely, is there anything that should not be noticed, or at least never mentioned? There is nothing specific either way, but I am totally happy to plot around this, just hit me up :3

part iii.
1.) Physically speaking, what stands out about your character? Imposing size? Physical scarring? Tattoos? He is slender but athletic, a cyclist's build. That's about the only really different from average thing about him, other than say, his costume.
2.) Is your character immune to any of the following: poisons, chemical agents, telekinetic influence, radiation, or types of illnesses? Nope.
3.) Is your character physiologically different from a human in any way? This can include their blood, skin, hair, et cetera being made up of something unusual or simply differing in construction and durability. No.
4.) Are you amenable to having your character be harmed in any way? How far are you comfortable with injury to you character going? Does this include being fed on by vampires, willingly or unwillingly? Anything short of say, losing a limb or dying horribly.
5.) Is it acceptable for other characters with abilities of shapeshifting or disguise to imitate your character? Does this include ability mimicry? Imitation is fine, ability mimicry might be a bad idea with his power level.

part iv.
1.) Can your character's presence or aura be noticed by other characters, and how would it look/feel to them? How would it manifest to a character with no supernatural abilities, if at all? Yes, it can be sensed unless he's actively hiding it with a spell. He would ping as a powerful mage, and if the character can tell, specifically one with chaos magic. Kind of blue and sparky.
2.) Can your character be affected by magic spells and curses? Yep totally!
3.) Can your character be affected by sin and corruption, and be tempted toward expressing their darker urges (of whatever flavor)? Yes.
4. What sort of sins is the character prone toward, and how might they best be tempted, if you are interested in such an event? Wrath is probably his big one, he sometimes lashes out, but it also tends to take a lot to trigger it - it's just explosive when it happens. Threatening people he cares about is the best way to that one. Lust is another one, he once used CPR practice as an excuse to make out with another boy in front of the class, but he's currently very dedicated to Teddy, so it'll be more difficult than just putting a cute boy in front of him. I am certainly interested in this, though :3
5.) Are you amenable to the character receiving prophetic visions, including as part of a plot? Sure.

part v.
1.) Is canon-puncturing or fourth-walling acceptable? We encourage people to tread extremely lightly with allowing their character to learn they are fictional. Fourth-walling is fine.
2. Is threadjacking allowed? Under what circumstances? Threadjacking is always okay outside of private posts.
3. Is it acceptable for canonmates that are updated further than yours to inform your character of events yours has not yet experienced? Yes.
4. Are there triggering or upsetting topics you would like other characters to avoid mentioning to yours for the sake of continued comfort (racist words, homophobia, self-injury, etc.)? No.
5. Are there any additions you would like us to make to this survey? Nothing I can think of.
